Ensuring a Smooth and Enjoyable Experience for All

By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Cancellation:

  • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable booking prepayment is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations need to be made no later than 72 hours before your appointment; failing to do so will result in the loss of your ability to reschedule and the forfeiture of your booking prepayment.

  • Rescheduling is allowed, based on availability, with at least 72 hours' notice.

2. Payment:

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Additional sitting fees or any balances are due on the day of the shoot.

  • Payments accepted: credit/debit cards and cash. A 3% fee applies to card transactions.

  • Subject to sales tax.

3. Session:

  • Clients are responsible for their and their pets' behavior including cleaning up after them. Any damages will be billed to the client.

  • The studio may terminate a session for non-compliance or unsafe behavior without a refund.

4. Image Delivery and Usage:

  • Images are delivered via a secure online gallery that can be accessed via any computer or mobile device.

  • The final images are social media digital files. Print rights for high-resolution images and products are extra.

  • All images are copyrighted by Arf & Wag Studio. We reserve the right to use all photos for all purposes. Commercial use requires a separate license.

5. Liability:

  • The studio is not liable for injuries or damages caused by clients or their pets.

  • Liability for lost/stolen/damaged photographs is limited to session refunds.

6. Changes to Terms:

  • We may update these terms. Clients will be notified of changes before their session.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to creating beautiful memories with you and your pets.
