Welcome to Arf & Wag. By accessing or using our website, booking a photography session, or purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Overview

Arf & Wag (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates under VendoVentures Holdings S.L. as a pet photography studio based in Valencia, Spain. These Terms govern all interactions between Arf & Wag and our clients, including studio sessions, outdoor photography, commercial projects, stock image licensing, and any related services.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions are available by appointment only.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session date and time.

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full by or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or session offerings at any time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • In the event of illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, Arf & Wag reserves the right to reschedule your session.

4. Image Delivery & Usage

  • Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe stated at booking (typically 1–3 weeks).

  • Digital images provided are for personal use only, unless otherwise licensed.

  • You may not sell, alter, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • Arf & Wag retains the copyright and intellectual property to all photographs.

5. Model & Property Release

By participating in a photography session, you grant Arf & Wag the right to use images of you and your pets for promotional purposes, including social media, website portfolios, and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before your session.

6. Commercial & Licensing Work

For business clients, image usage rights and licensing terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement. Licensing fees depend on scope, distribution, and duration of use.

7. Stock Photography

Images available through partner platforms (iStock, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock) are subject to the licensing terms set by those respective agencies. Arf & Wag is not responsible for third-party platform terms or policy changes.

8. Refund Policy

All sales of digital images, prints, and sessions are final. Refunds will not be issued once a service has been completed or a digital product has been delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of pets, clients, and equipment, Arf & Wag is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during sessions or as a result of participation in our services.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through bookings or communications will only be used to provide services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
